Coral Beach
Coral Beach sits on its own sandy bay north-west of Paphos, with a private fishing harbour, a ceremony pier that reaches out over the water and an open-air amphitheatre cut into the slope above the boats. It is a five-star resort that puts the sea at the centre of the day rather than somewhere in the background, and legally binding civil ceremonies take place on site.

Why We Love It
A resort where the ceremony happens at the water’s edge and the celebration never leaves the harbour.
What sets Coral Beach apart is where the wedding actually happens. The ceremony spaces are gathered at one end of the resort around its own small harbour — a pier running out over the water, an open-air amphitheatre with a wonderfully Grecian feel above the fishing boats, and an elevated private garden with the coastline laid out below. The resort calls that garden its secret garden, and the description holds up.
Having everything clustered together gives the day a natural rhythm. Guests walk from a ceremony at the water’s edge to drinks at the amphitheatre’s rustic stone bar, then on to dinner in the Limani Taverna or up on The Deck, glass-panelled and facing west across the harbour. Nothing needs a transfer, nothing feels stretched, and the whole celebration stays within a minute or two of the sea.
Around it sits a full five-star resort — 300 metres of sandy beach, the Esthisis Spa for hair and make-up on the morning, restaurants and rooms for everyone travelling with you. Civil ceremonies here are legally binding, conducted by a marriage officer from the local municipality, and we take care of the town hall appointment, the documents and the timings so that side of it never becomes yours to worry about.
If Coral Beach feels like the right setting, we can help you shape the day around it.
Enquire About Coral BeachA Ceremony on the Pier
The pier reaches out between the private beach and the harbour, dressed with white chiavari chairs and a white-draped gazebo — sea on three sides, and up to 80 guests.
Its Own Harbour
Fishing boats, a stone amphitheatre and a rustic bar give the resort a working, lived-in character that photographs beautifully.
Sunset from The Deck
Glass-panelled and set directly above the amphitheatre, The Deck faces west over the water and comes with its own private bar for the evening.

Questions & Answers
Frequently asked about Coral Beach
How many guests can Coral Beach accommodate for a wedding?+
It depends on the space you choose. The Pier holds up to 80 guests for the ceremony and the Amphitheatre up to 100, while the upper level of The Deck takes up to 150 for the reception. The Coral Gardens is the largest ceremony setting of all. We match the spaces to your numbers and confirm the current figures with the resort for your date.
What does a wedding at Coral Beach cost?+
Pricing at Coral Beach is being confirmed for the coming seasons and is tailored to your guest numbers, the spaces you choose and the shape of the day — contact us and we will put a full quote together. Venue hire differs between the pier, the amphitheatre, the gardens, the taverna and the deck, with catering and drinks costed separately. One thing worth knowing early: guests staying on all-inclusive terms can carry their drinks entitlement over to the wedding day.
Can we have a legally binding ceremony at Coral Beach?+
Yes. Coral Beach hosts legally binding civil ceremonies on site — a marriage officer from the local municipality comes to the resort and conducts the ceremony in English or Greek, and the marriage is recognised in the UK and across the EU. The paperwork is lodged in person at the town hall beforehand, and we handle the appointment, the documents and the timings with you. Ceremonies here are held outdoors rather than in a chapel, and symbolic ceremonies and blessings are offered as well.
What makes Coral Beach stand out as a wedding venue?+
The water. Very few venues in Cyprus put you this close to it — the pier ceremony sits between 300 metres of sandy beach and the resort’s own harbour, with fishing boats moored just below you. From there the day moves through the stone amphitheatre, the harbourside taverna and the glass-panelled deck facing the sunset, all within a short walk of one another.
Can the ceremony and reception both take place at Coral Beach?+
Yes, and the resort is set up for exactly that — when you marry on the premises the dinner reception is held there too. A typical day runs from the pier or the amphitheatre into drinks at the rustic stone bar, then dinner in the Limani Taverna or up on The Deck with the harbour below and space for a dance floor afterwards. Parties of twenty or more take a private reception space, and there is an indoor room to move to if the weather turns.
When is the best time of year to get married at Coral Beach?+
May through to October is the main season, and the shoulder months are our favourite here. Late May, June, September and early October give you warm sea, long evenings and softer light across the harbour and the pier. Because Coral Bay faces west, the sun sets over the water directly in front of the deck and the taverna, which is worth building your timings around.
