Every package is built around the venue itself but shares a consistent backbone — venue access, planning and coordination, food and drinks, ceremony setup, styling allowance and on-the-day team. Each venue page lists exactly what is included for that setting, including supplier coverage, dining and any specifics tied to the location. Packages are designed to be all-inclusive at the published price, with optional upgrades only where you actively want them.
Some venues — particularly intimate ceremony locations and venues with bespoke setup needs — are shaped from the first conversation rather than priced against a fixed package. Guest count, season, ceremony format and supplier choices all weigh more heavily in those settings, so a tailored quote is more honest than a headline number. Almost every published venue package is priced against a specific guest count — the figure we list as the 'based on Y guests' qualifier next to each card. As guest numbers grow, each additional guest is charged at a per-person rate listed on the individual venue page (typically covering dining, drinks and place setting). Larger guest counts also unlock higher tier packages on most venues, which include further upgrades.
A deposit confirms your venue and date. The amount varies by venue and is shown on each venue page — typically between €1,595 and €2,595. The deposit secures every supplier on the package and is deducted from the final invoice. Remaining balances are paid in stages tied to planning milestones, and we set out a clear payment schedule alongside your booking paperwork.
Yes, and most weddings we plan move beyond the published package in one direction or another — additional florals, a different dinner format, an extended evening, longer photographer coverage, a film. The published package is the foundation, not the ceiling. Anything added is quoted transparently against your initial package so the total picture stays clear from the start.
For the priced estate venues, we suggest booking nine to eighteen months ahead, especially for May–October dates which are the most popular. Ceremony-only locations can sometimes be booked at shorter notice. If you have a specific date in mind, the earliest the conversation begins the easier the rest of the planning becomes.
Legal ceremonies are handled through our Legal Assistance service, which works alongside any venue package. Most couples either book a short civil ceremony at a Cyprus town hall the day before, or complete the legal step in their home country before travelling. The venue package then carries the symbolic or religious ceremony, the reception and everything around the day.
