Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Marry Me Cyprus website. They are separate from the planning agreement we sign with couples who book us — that agreement, not this page, sets out what we deliver and on what terms.

Who we are
This website is operated by KB Luxury Destination Weddings Ltd., trading as Marry Me Cyprus, a company registered in Cyprus with registration number HE475776, based in Paphos. You can reach us at sales@marrymecyprus.co.uk or on (+357) 26 323 209.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not reserve a date, a venue or a supplier, and it does not create a contract between us. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance.
A booking exists only once we have issued a written proposal, you have accepted it, and any deposit set out in that proposal has been paid. The terms of that agreement take precedence over anything on this website.
Prices and availability
Prices shown on this website are indicative guide prices in euro (€), are quoted “from” unless stated otherwise, and exclude anything not expressly listed. The real cost of a wedding depends on your date, guest numbers, venue, suppliers and the season.
- Prices and package contents can change without notice, and are confirmed only in a written proposal.
- Venue capacities, features and availability are provided by the venues themselves and can change.
- Third-party costs — venue hire, registrar and legal fees, accommodation, catering — are set by those parties, not by us.
- Exchange rates are outside our control where you pay from a non-euro account.
Venues and suppliers
The venues featured on this website are independent businesses. We are not their agent, we do not own or operate them, and we do not control their pricing, availability, standards or terms. Where we introduce or coordinate a third-party supplier on your behalf, that supplier is responsible for their own work.
Descriptions, capacities and photographs are published in good faith on the basis of information available to us, and are intended to give an honest impression rather than a contractual specification.
Legal ceremonies in Cyprus
Guidance on this website about marrying in Cyprus — documentation, notice periods, Municipality procedures — is general information, not legal advice. Requirements vary by nationality and by Municipality, and they change. Always confirm your own position with the relevant authority or with a qualified adviser before making arrangements that depend on it.
Our content
The text, photography, design and layout of this website belong to us or to our photographers and suppliers, and are protected by copyright. You may view, download and print pages for your own wedding planning.
You may not, without our written permission:
- Republish, sell or licence any part of this website
- Reproduce our photography or copy on another website or in marketing material
- Systematically extract or scrape content from the site
- Use our name, logo or branding in a way that suggests an association we have not agreed to
Acceptable use
Please do not use this website in any unlawful way, submit false or malicious enquiries, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or do anything that interferes with its operation or with other people’s use of it.
Links to other sites
Where we link to venues, suppliers, awards bodies or social media, those sites are outside our control. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the site it points to, and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every detail is current at the moment you read it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website, or from reliance on information published on it, where that loss was not reasonably foreseeable — including lost opportunity, wasted expenditure or third-party costs. Our responsibilities for a wedding we are engaged to plan are governed by our planning agreement, not by this page.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, and how this site uses cookies and analytics is set out in our Cookie Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or elsewhere in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here, with the date shown at the top, is the version that applies.
